"On October 25, 2000 I came to your office for treatment of heel pain. I had been treating this for over a year with a podiatrist who had given me three cortisone shots with no relief. I had been taking 800-1200 mg of Advil to help with the pain which only took the edge off of it. At that point in time I was disappointed and resolved if I needed surgery to remove the bone spur (caused by high arches), I wanted you to do it. "Today I received my Flat Foot® insoles in the mail, and my feet are in HEAVEN!! I came home from work with them aching from a long day on my hard plastic arch supports inside my shoes. I was happy to see there was no 'wearing schedule' with these. That should have been one of many clues with my other insoles. My doctor told me I needed arch supports and to get some HARD ones, with leather and metal, at the store. I couldn't find any, so she sent me to a foot clinic. They fixed me up with a nasty pair of hard white plastic things with a wearing schedule of one hour the first day, two the second, and so on.
