The Flat Foot® Insole
SELECTING THE CORRECT SIZE INSOLE
Order your Flat Foot® Insoles by your most common shoe size.
When you receive your insoles, stand on them on the floor. They
should be about the same length as your foot. No more than 1/4" of the
insole should protrude beyond the end of the foot.

TRIMMING INSTRUCTIONS
If possible, remove your existing insoles or liner before inserting
Flat Foot® Insoles. Flat Foot® Insoles can be trimmed down to fit a half
size smaller. Trim no more than 1/4" across the toe area and/or the
outstep as indicated. We will not accept returns if the heel or arch
have been trimmed.
DO NOT TRIM HEEL OR ARCH AREAS
